The recruitment process at the H&M Design is realized in three stages:

Step 1: Analyzing your CV

The basic document necessary to conduct the recruitment process is CV of the candidate. It should be clearly structured and contain only information relevant to the future work.

Stage 2: Recruitment meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to get to know each other and collect information about the candidate’s professional experience and competences. During the conversation, you will also be able to verify if our company meets your expectations. After the meeting, we evaluate the candidacy and inform about the results of the recruitment process.

Step 3: Welcome to H&M Design!

We inform you about our decision both electronically and by phone.
